Hi, I’m Agatha. I am passionate about helping women make positive changes in their lives. I know the power of working with a coach as I’ve worked with several of them. Learn what limiting beliefs are and how you can start to identify them. I go over how they initially form and why they keep coming up. I explain the term “reference points” or evidence for your beliefs and how you need to start finding new evidence to support your new beliefs.

Learn how you can start to work with your limiting beliefs. How to become aware of your inner dialogue and start questioning your beliefs, one by one.

I cover the most common limiting beliefs including the fear of failure, feeling not good enough and the fear of judgement from others.  I explain each belief, how it usually appears in people’s lives and tips on how to get started changing these beliefs. There’s also a special lesson on dealing with imposter syndrome.

In this final module, you’ll get started unpacking your own limiting beliefs. You’ll do a powerful exercise that helps you reframe your beliefs and see what behaviors you may need to change in order to support your new beliefs.


This course is best suited for women who are ready to get to work changing their limiting beliefs and old thought patterns. They are motivated to change because they want to make the most of their lives and don’t want their beliefs to stop them from achieving their dreams. The course requires self-reflection and has several hands-on exercises, so it’s not meant for someone who just wants to watch videos and consume content.

Once you sign up, you’ll get immediate access to all of the material, so no waiting on dripped content.  It should take less than a week to go through all of the modules and do the exercises. Of course, you have as long as you need.

This course can absolutely be done on its own (DIY option). However, due to the nature of the topic, I find it works best when you have the support of a coach while doing the program. That’s why I offer 1:1 private coaching time as well. You’ll be able to unpack your beliefs faster and get on to creating a life you love! 


You can either add three (one-hour) sessions upfront when you purchase the course, or you can buy one of my longer coaching packages later on (if you wish).


Please note: If you do the upfront option, you’ll need to complete your three coaching sessions within three months of purchase or they’ll be forfeited. The benefit of doing them upfront is that you’re doing them in tandem for better results and you’re also getting a reduced coaching rate that is only available as part of this package.

I was trained in Whole Person Coaching by the Coach Training World in Portland, OR. I am a Whole Person Certified Coach ® and have 125+ hours of hands-on coach training.
