You should be able to get through the content in less than four days. I counted… there’s 22 minutes of video content and a few exercises…so set aside four consecutive days or space it out, whatever you prefer! I trust you know what’s best for you… 🙂

I also hold a holistic health coach certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York, so I understand how nutrition and lifestyle choices impact overall health and well-being.
